! Bullard First United Methodist in preparing for a church reunion in September. At this time the church are working on our church history. The church would like to add pictures and any other information that pertains to the church. They also are looking for information on families that were active in the congregation or played a role in significant role in the church. Anyone with information or pictures to contribute about the history, is asked to contact them at 903-894-6762.

! Bullard Southern Baptist Church invites everyone to its Good Friday Candlelight Service and Observance of the Lord's Supper beginng at 7 p.m. April 6 in the sanctuary.

! The Friends Bookstore, at the Bullard Community Library is holding an overstocked book sale. All non-fiction is ‰ price, including cookbooks, gardening, health, history, hobbies, science, biography, self-help, classics and travel books. All magazines are10 cents.

! Bullard Chapter of the Order of the Easter Star will have their annual "Bazaar and Bake Sale" in Saturday, April 7, in front of Brookshire's Grocery Store on Highway 69 in Bullard. For special orders, call 903-894- 3007, "Let us do your Easter baking."

! The American Contact Bridge League is holding its Tyler Tournament of Roses July 13-15 at the Holiday Inn Select, 5701 S. Broadway, Tyler.
