Mullican pitches no-hitter for Brook Hill Lady Guard

The Lady Guard softball team defeated Shady Grove 25-0 in what was certainly the most entertaining game of the season so far.

Sarah Mullicane pitched a no hitter as she faced 10 batters and struck out six.

While Whitney Teague, Shelby Rozzell, Jessica Johnson, Sarah Mullicane and Nina Carswell each had a hit.

The team spirit and good sportsmanship displayed by Shady Grove as they cheered on both teams was much of what made it such a fun game to watch.

The Lady Guard will take action next against Lakehill on Thursday at 4:30 in an away game.
