Guard takes win in tourney

The Brook Hill boys baseball team took consolation with a 10-2 win over Scurry-Rosser in the Edgewood Tournament Saturday.
In the consolation championship Nolan Rose hit 3 out of 3 which included two RBIs. Pitching for the Guard, Chris Dawson led, striking out five Wild Cats.
The win brings the boys record to 3-9.
Next, Louisiana's Evangel Eagles are traveling to face the Guard March 24 at 1 p.m.
The Junior varsity boys will play Hudson in an away game at noon the same day.
