The Bullard Elementary third graders made a deal with Principal Michelle Hurst that if they made 95 percent or more students passing TAKS, Hurst would spray her hair with color. aThe third graders did an excellent job on TAKS with 96 percent students passing TAKS on the first administration of the test. The third graders voted for her to color her hair in rainbow colors.
