McCall recounted many of Hines acts as both a chamber member and councilman. At right, Cyndi Reed speaks after winning 2005 Business Woman of the Year. Reed was lauded for her chamber accomplishments and her ownership -- since sold -- of the newspaper. Below, Joe Moody, and lower right, wife Anne, address those in attendance at last year's banquet.
