2006 Highlights

Money raised from the

fund-raisers and celebrations

was used to purchase new playground equipment that arrived just in time for

the Bullard Community Library's annual Picnic in the Park, held in October. Right and left, children at the fund raiser try out the

new equipment.

Above, local favorites Nearly There perform for the annual event, as well as teen Bullard sensation Lauren Alexander, left. The event was filled with music, food and an astounding fireworkds display with people traveling from all over East Texas to attend. All money raised went to the ongoing updates at O.L. Ferrell Park.
