BULLARD ACHIEVERS
Fleet The United States Achievement Academy announced that Tara Fleet of Bullard has been named an All- American Scholar.
The USAA has established the All-American Scholar Award Program to offer deserved recognition to superior students who excel in the academic disciplines. The All-American Scholars must earn a 3.3 or higher grade point average. Only scholars selected by a school instructor, counselor or other qualified sponsor are accepted.
Fleet - who attends Bullard High School - was nominated for the award by Linda Roberts.
Tara will appear in the All- American Scholar Yearbook, which is published nationally.
The academy selects All- American scholars upon the exclusive recommendation of teachers, coaches, counselors and other qualified sponsors.
She is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. B.L. Davis of Bullard and Brad Fleet of Gladewater. Grandparents are Mrs. and Mrs. Frankie Brock of Hideaway Lake and Mrs. and Mrs. Bobby Fleet of Longview.
