TJC GRADS GET PINNED
      The Tyler Junior College associate degree nursing program held a pinning ceremony for 35 graduates May 11. Graduated included: Derek L. Arrington, Jacksonville; Michelle R. Nicole Bullock earns degree from Ole Miss
      OXFORD, Miss. - Nicole Lanae Bullock was among the University of Mississippi's May 2007 candidates for degrees. Nicole earned a bachelor of arts degree. Of that number 1547 have applied for bachelor's degrees, 279 have applied for master's degrees, 49 for doctoral degrees, 13 for specialist degrees, and 133 for law practice degrees.

      Approximately 3000 students from across Texas qualified for the 2007 Private School Interscholastic Association (PSIA) Academic State Meets that were held on April 28 and May 5 at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.

BH PROBLEM SOLVERS
      While studying the Renaissance, Patti Eden's History/English class at The Brook Hill School used some of Leonardo Da Vinci's plans for flying machines, and built some of their own. Afterwards, the class went outside and experimented with how well they flew.
