Kati Willard, 16-year-old granddaughter of Gary and Bety Cole of Bullard, competed in three registered Longhorn shows in Rockdale on April 27-29. Her two-year-old steer. Cole's "Resolution" was named Grand Champion steer in one show and Reserve Grand Champion Steer in another show. Kati is a member of the TLBT, Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America's Youth Organization, and regularly competes in the Association's National Shows, earning college scholarship money and other awards.
