Nancy J. Mitchell

Services for Nancy J. Mitchell, 79, Bullard, were held at 9 a.m. Friday, Dec. 8, at Elliott Memorial Chapel of Boren-Conner Funeral Home, Bullard, with Brother Glenn Cogburn officiating.

Burial followed at 1 p.m. at Pilot Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Mitchell died Dec. 4, 2006, at a Tyler hospice.

She was born Dec. 14, 1926, in Dallas County.

She retired as an account manager from Sears and lived in Farmers Branch prior to moving to Bullard five years ago.

She was a member of Bullard Church of Christ, and was preceded in death by her husbands, Ben Childers and Aubrey Mitchell.

Survivors include sons, LeRoy Childers, Bullard, Ben Childers, Pulaski, Tenn., and Arthur Mitchell, Farmers Branch; daughter, Janell Harbison, Arkansas; brother, George Holbert, Farmers

Branch; four grandchildren;

and eight great-grandchildren.

Jeff Buchman

Services for Jeff Buchman, 48, Bullard, were for 2 p.m. Saturday at Stewart Family Funeral Home chapel, Tyler, with Stan Ward officiating.

Burial will be in Bullard Cemetery.

Mr. Buchman died Dec. 6, 2006, at his residence.

He was born June 8, 1958, in Hannibal, Mo., to Dale and Mary Buchman. He graduated from Liberal, Kan., High School and was a master technician for Ingersoll Rand.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dale Buchman, and nephews, Scott Buchman and Brian Jackson.

Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Christine Buchman;

sons, Zack and Cody Buchman, both of Liberal, Kan., Tucker and Tyler Buchman, both of Bullard; mother, Mary Buchman, Glasgow, Mo.; brothers, Mike Buchman, Seattle, Wash., and Terry Buchman, Liberal, Kan.; sister, Penny Buchman, Colorado Springs, Colo.; and other relatives.

Pallbearers are Richard Atterton, Robert Bowles, Robert Henriksen, Cameron Clayton, Andy Clayton and Mark Kashimba.Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
