Bullard Library sets aside day for families

Put a note on your calendar for October 21, Saturday, from 5:30 to 9:30.

Beginning at 5:30 down by the covered pavilion in Bullard Park, the Bullard Community Library is sponsoring a fun and filling time for the family.

Hamburgers, hot dogs, homemade cookies, and drinks will be available for you to eat at your leisure while games like

sack races, etc., pumpkin painting and a big craft table will be set up for several kinds of crafts for kids of all ages.

Prizes will be given for some of the events!

The game part will end about 7 pm when it gets dark, but the blue grass Rebel Band will already have begun playing their special music for your

enjoyment until 9:30. The food will be available until 8pm with drinks lasting until they are all gone.

This time of year is a great time for all the family to get out and enjoy an evening together.

See you there - might better bring a chair if you plan on staying awhile and listening to that delightful, foot stomping music!

For more information call our library, 894-6125 or Pat Martin, 894-6778.
