See You at the Pole

Bullard High School

Bullard students -- at

both the middle and high school campuses,

began their annual "See You at the Pole" rally about 7?30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27.

The campuses were

lined with students holding hands around a flagpole and praying for their schools and

leaders. The annual

rally got its start in Burleson, from a grassroots

effort led by a

youth group.

The Brook

Hill School

The Brook Hill Lower and Upper schools held a "See

You at the Pole" rally on

Wednesday, Sept. 27. The

upper-school event -- which

lasted about an hour -- included singing, a speech on the intent of the event by by Director of Student Affairs

Shawn Rhoads. After

Rhoads' then kicked off a

prayer for the school and local, state and national leaders,

students were encouraged to offer prayers as well. The event began at 8:45 a.m.

at the upper school campus

and at 9:45 at the lower school. The lower school has

slated a "Grand Tour"

of the facilities for 7-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17. Everyone is

welcome to meet teachers

and enjoy refreshments.
